About this place
Biagura brings together carefully poured draft brews, bottled beers from across the globe, and an eclectic menu that refuses to stick to a single culinary lane. The shelves display around 20 varieties of international beer—from crisp wheat beers and rich stouts to aromatic, fruit-forward selections—served in glassware tailored to each style, with vivid labels that make browsing the collection half the fun.
The food menu extends well past typical izakaya boundaries. Daily specials often highlight fresh seafood such as an assorted sashimi platter or seared alfonsino, while cheese-centric snacks provide rich, savory counterpoints, including crisp-fried Camembert and cream cheese tossed with savory fermented fish innards (shutou).
Diners can graze freely across a wide array of small plates that blend Japanese, Western, and Chinese influences, from horsemeat yukhoe wrapped in fragrant nori seaweed to spicy island chili gyoza and sizzling shrimp ajillo. Open from 18:00 until late at 0:00 every day except Sunday, the venue works just as well for an unhurried dinner over drinks as it does for group toasts or late-night stops.
